At Spruce Grove Alliance Church, we believe in the power of the arts and drama to touch a human soul. All of us can recall times when a moment in theater or film deeply moved us and tapped into the very depths of our being. Because of this, we want to embrace the arts and specifically, drama, and utilize them as a vital part of our worship services.

Our CORE team meets 5 times a year (on a Thursday) to grow spiritually, work on skill building, connect with one another and also to connect with other arts ministries. We also meet on Wednesdays at 7:00pm in the sanctuary for rehearsals where needed. We perform drama for Sunday morning services as well as special functions and large outreach productions. We also use our talents to create videos that are then used in different venues. Excellence is a high value among our team – not perfectionism or ‘bigness’ – but a commitment to do the best with what we have. After all, it is the bride of Christ we are nurturing, and nothing less than our best effort is acceptable.
