Singin' the Gospel is an evening of music emphasising the more "traditional" style of church music. Many are looking for an opportunity to worship through the singing of hymns and songs that were the mainstay of church music prior to the current worship movement. These evenings provide that opportunity.
Singin' the Gospel takes place on the fourth Sunday of the month from January through May and September through November. There is also usually one event scheduled for the summer months. Keep checking back for scheduling updates.
Our events often include “hymn sings” where we pull out the hymn book and sing your favourite songs. Other times, we feature local, national and even international artists. On two occasions during the year, we feature a “Night of Praise” in a Gaither style. These nights are always well-attended and well-received.
