Women, come and let us journey together, discovering the enjoyment of drawing near to the heart of God in
prayer, cooperating with Him to accomplish His Kingdom Purposes. Whether you can attend regularly or drop-in, whether you are quiet or talkative, all are welcome. God has work for us to do. He has grace to pour out on us. He has things to say to us and He wants to hear our hearts. He wants to strengthen and use us. Come expecting to meet with Him!

Prison Ministry

Share God's love with women who desperately need His touch, forgiveness and freedom. Partner with other women to disciple female inmates in a variety of facilities. Using the Compass study, "you will experience a deeper relationship with God, a heart level connection with other women, and an opportunity to make a difference in the world as you discover God's plan for your life!" Knitting for the Homeless
Do you love to knit? If so, there is a great opportunity to bless others with your gifts! During these winter months, there are many who are without the comforts of a warm home and we would like to help by donating scarves, hats, mitts, socks or afghans. No yarn- no problem! Due to the generosity of others in the church there is yarn available for your projects. Drop off your completed projects into the office and they will be taken in to Jasper Place Health and Wellness Centre. International Outreach Project
Throughout this ministry year, we will be raising funds in support of the Alliance Women's Project, "It Starts With a Girl". The money will go directly to the Niger Vocational Training School, which is giving instruction in sewing, literacy, math, health and life skills, to young vulnerable girls. This school opened in hopes of breaking the cycle of young girls married off, having children, and with no skills to support their families.
The funds raised from the table rentals of the 2 Little 4 Me Children's Clothing and Toy Sale (both fall and spring) will go directly to this project. As well, we will be holding a special spring event to raise additional funds. Stay tuned!
