April 10, 2022 - Who Is This King?
John 12: 12-16
The next day the great crowd that had come for the festival heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem. 13 They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, “Hosanna!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Blessed is the king of Israel!” Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it, as it is written: “Do not be afraid, Daughter Zion; see, your king is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt.” At first his disciples did not understand all this. Only after Jesus was glorified did they realize that these things had been written about him and that these things had been done to him.

April 3, 2022 - Longing To Belong
Luke 19:1-10 Story of Zacchaeus - His Longing to belong.
John 17:18-23 - Jesus’ Prayer (Passion of the Christ)
Colossians 3:12-17 - (Paul’s exhortation) 12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. 15 Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. 16 Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. 17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

March 27, 2022 - Know What You Want!
Jesus was passionate about restoring us to God’s original created purpose and intention. The fall in Genesis 3 brought separation from God, a broken and marred creation, and death.
We see Jesus’ restorative passion in the following ways:
His declared mission—Luke 4: 18-21; Luke 18:31-34
What He wept over
--the lostness of a city—Luke 19:41-42
--the heart-rending experience of death—John 11:33-35
What He got angry about—Luke 19:45-46
--God not being honoured as He should
--the nations not having access to God
His compassionate meeting of a personal need—Luke 18:35-43
Today Jesus is asking you: “What do you want me to do for you?”
How will YOU respond?
