Former and Latter Rains: Germination and Maturing
In the seasonal cycle from Springtime to Autumn the central themes are growth and maturing. Spiritually what are the signs that growth is occurring? This Sunday we will be sharing with you the signs of growth that we are seeing in SGAC and evidence that God is moving, preparing the way for this local church to please God with our actions. I Thessalonians 5:23, 24 remind us that it is God who causes us to grow and mature and James 5:7, 8 speak about patience that is exercised by farmers during this season of Spring through to Fall. We are looking forward to gathering to learn from the Lord and to worship Him!

DEEPER LIFE SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY Graduation ceremony June 27. Congratulations to our Graduating Bible School Students. Great Job. We are proud of you for your pursuit of knowing God.

JULY 1 CANADA DAY The church office will be closed on Thursday July 1. We will re-open July 2 for regular hours.
WORSHIP SERVICE UPDATE As of July 4 for the summer months – we will be holding one service only at 10:00 am. After July 1, we no longer have to register ahead of time as the restrictions have been lifted. The Sunday School classes for children are taking a break until July 25. At that time, we will resume with Nursery to Grade 6 childcare during the service time.

SCRIPTURE STONES – We look forward to breaking ground for the new addition at the end of July/beginning of August. Before that happens- we need your help! Each family that calls SGAC home is invited to submit a scripture stone that will be placed as part of the foundation of the new building. You can use a rock from home or pick one up from the church (pile on the east side of the building). Use paint or a sharpie and write down a scripture verse that God places on your heart. INFORMATION NIGHT WITH A & J - The Missions Action Team is hosting an information night with SGAC’s International Workers – A & J on Monday, June 28 at 7:00 pm. Come and hear their stories about serving in a creative access country and learn how we can be praying for them as they get ready to go back overseas in July. Click here to register.
VBS 2021 Rocky Railway Registration is Now Open. All aboard August 9 to 13 from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm. On board activities include music, Bible stories, games and more. We will run in-person for age 4 to going into grade 7. Cost is $20 per child until July 21 and $30 per child July 22 to August 2. We will run within AHS guidelines with limited space available so register early. Click HERE to register today!
VBS 2021 Volunteers are needed to hang out with the kids as they participate in the various activities of the morning under the leadership of the station leaders. If you would be willing to help out August 9 to 13 please contact Pastor Coreen.

ONLINE GIVING
Whether it is a one-time gift or you would like to schedule a recurring donation, you can give online to Spruce Grove Alliance Church. This option allows you to give using a Visa debit card or the traditional Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
PRE-AUTHORIZED GIVING
Pick up a pre-authorized debit agreement form from our church office or download one here. You can fill it out and then with a voided cheque - you can either scan it and email it to the office, or drop it off during regular office hours.
INTERAC/DEBIT
During office hours, you can drop by and use the INTERAC/DEBIT machine at the Welcome Centre, then fill out your donation envelope as normal including your name, address, giving number and insert your debit receipt so we can disburse funds as directed in the Box on the counter.
E-TRANSFER
Use E-Transfer to give at SGAC, using www.sgac/Give. Please include your offering envelope number and contact information. The money is deposited directly into the church account and does not require a security question. Please also include your envelope # if you have one and your phone number in the note section.
IN PERSON
