Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.

As we head into the New Year, we will look at what trusting God and seeking His will looks like.

ARE YOU NEW TO SGAC? We want to help you get connected.  Fill out a connection card and stop by the Welcome Centre so we can meet you & give you a small gift to say thanks for joining us.  We hope SGAC will soon start to feel like home! 

CHILDREN’S PROGRAMMING is available for nursery to age 2. Please visit the Check In Kiosk next to the nursery to sign in your children. Regular children’s programming will return January 8 for nursery to
grade 6. 

SGAC LIBRARY - Looking for a new devotional for 2023? Have an old one you would like to donate? Visit the Library’s Devotional Exchange Program. 

YOUNG ADULTS MISSION TRIP FUNDRAISER -Donate all your empty bottles and cans to the Young Adults Mission Trip. Drop off your bottles directly to the Spruce Grove Bottle Depot by putting the code AXS8 on your bags and let them know it is for the SGAC Young Adults Mission Trip or  drop your bottles off at the church on SUNDAY, JANUARY 8. DLST - Register with Pastor Coreen for “Reaching a Postmodern World” by Dr. Greg Williamson,
running January 19 - 21. Study the prevalent shift in thought and culture commonly referred to as
 Postmodernism. Come away equipped to be relevant in communicating the Gospel to a changing world.

VISION VERSE ‘23 -  Select your Vision Verse ‘23 for next Sunday, January 8. What does God want to do in your life in the new year? Where is He asking you to place your focus in your spiritual life? In what part of your life do you need to pursue God? What promise from God do you need to claim?

Please note the following options for giving: 

ONLINE GIVING
Whether it is a one-time gift or you would like to schedule a recurring donation, you can  give online to Spruce Grove Alliance Church.  This option allows you to give using a Visa debit card or the traditional Visa or MasterCard credit cards. 

PRE-AUTHORIZED GIVING
Pick up a pre-authorized debit agreement form from our church office or download one here. You can fill it out and then with a voided cheque - you can either scan it and email it to the office, or drop it off during regular office hours. 

INTERAC/DEBIT
During office hours, you can drop by and use the INTERAC/DEBIT machine at the Welcome Centre, then fill out your donation envelope as normal including your name, address, giving number and insert your debit receipt so we can disburse funds as directed in the Box on the counter. 

E-TRANSFER
Use E-Transfer to give at SGAC, using give@sgac.net.  Please include your offering envelope number and contact information.  In the notes section please indicate how you would like your donation designated, ie. General Fund, Canadian Ministries etc.. The money is deposited directly into the church account and does not require a security question.  (This method of giving is not to be used for registrations.) 

IN PERSON
During office hours, you can stop by the church office and drop off your donation in a sealed envelope.  Mark it Finance / Confidential 

By MAIL / CHEQUE

Our Christian Workers: Jon & Angie Coutts live in Calgary where Jon is the Assistant Professor of Christian Theology at Ambrose University. Angie’s parents attend SGAC.

Our Pastoral Team Staff Member: Pastor of Children & Family Ministries Coreen Frey. Pastor Coreen is married to Dave and they have 3 children. 

Our Support Team Staff Member: Kari Gehlert. Kari is married to Lorne and they have 5 children.  

Our Elders Team Member: Paul Friesen. Paul is married to Kim and they have 3 children.
