PB&J Open House – Monday, January 16 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. For those considering registering for one of the PB&J (Pickleball & Jesus) Growth Groups for women and want to try it out before signing up. Please bring your own racquet & gym shoes .
KEENAGERS (Seniors 55+) January 18 at 9:30 am Come for a time of coffee, connection & prayer. Hear about the winter study “Haggai-Building God’s Church” which starts the following week (January 25).
GRADE 5/6 COMMUNITY NIGHT - 6:30 pm on Friday, January 27. Join us for games and getting to know one another. For more information contact kari.gehlert@sgac.net.
SAFETY & RISK MANAGEMENT -- At SGAC we value the safety of our children and volunteers. Our volunteers are REQUIRED to be trained annually with our Safety & Risk Management Training. We will host our winter training on February 4 at 9:30 am for all new volunteers and those that had their training last winter. If you are not sure if you are due for retraining, please connect with a member of the Children's Ministry staff. Please RSVP to Debbie by January 31 so that we can adequately prepare for you.
WINTER GROWTH GROUPS LAUNCH TODAY - Pick up a catalogue as you leave the service or click here to view it on our website. You can view over 15 Growth Groups including general groups for everyone as well as activity and other specific groups. Pop by one of the tables in the foyer to pick up a lollipop, chat with facilitators and register. You can also register online after Sunday. Most Growth Groups start the week of January 29. Plan to pop out of your shell this winter and join a Growth Group!
DLST - Register with Pastor Coreen for “Reaching a Postmodern World” by Dr. Greg Williamson,
running January 19 - 21. Study the prevalent shift in thought and culture commonly referred to as
Postmodernism. Come away equipped to be relevant in communicating the Gospel to a changing world.
YOUNG ADULTS MISSION TRIP FUNDRAISER -Donate all your empty bottles and cans to the Young Adults Mission Trip. Drop off your bottles directly to the Spruce Grove Bottle Depot by putting the code AXS8 on your bags and let them know it is for the SGAC Young Adults Mission Trip.

ONLINE GIVING
Whether it is a one-time gift or you would like to schedule a recurring donation, you can give online to Spruce Grove Alliance Church. This option allows you to give using a Visa debit card or the traditional Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
PRE-AUTHORIZED GIVING
Pick up a pre-authorized debit agreement form from our church office or download one here. You can fill it out and then with a voided cheque - you can either scan it and email it to the office, or drop it off during regular office hours.
INTERAC/DEBIT
During office hours, you can drop by and use the INTERAC/DEBIT machine at the Welcome Centre, then fill out your donation envelope as normal including your name, address, giving number and insert your debit receipt so we can disburse funds as directed in the Box on the counter.
E-TRANSFER
Use E-Transfer to give at SGAC, using give@sgac.net. Please include your offering envelope number and contact information. In the notes section please indicate how you would like your donation designated, ie. General Fund, Canadian Ministries etc.. The money is deposited directly into the church account and does not require a security question. (This method of giving is not to be used for registrations.)
IN PERSON
During office hours, you can stop by the church office and drop off your donation in a sealed envelope. Mark it Finance / Confidential

Our Christian Workers: Dave & Jen are from Devon and work with the C&MA in a creative access nation. They are part of SGAC’s cluster group.
Our Pastoral Team Staff Member: Pastor of Adult Ministries - Karen Houcher. Pastor Karen is married to Dan and they have 5 children.
Our Support Team Staff Member: Josiah Sawatzky.
Our Elders Team Member: Rob Young. Rob is married to Camille and they have 2 children.
MISSIONS MOMENT - Middle East - Pray for Katrina as she comes alongside those of the local faith engaged in practices to earn favour with those they worship. Pray for wisdom and words from the Holy Spirit to share the gift of Jesus that is open to all who believe.
